Only Orders in Fulfillment Status "Cancelled" can be deleted.
- From your Shoprocket dashboard, go to Orders > All
Here you will see a filterable, searchable, paginated list of Orders with the following options available from the action dropdown menu:
- Refund - if available.
- Delete - if the Order is in Fulfillment Status "Cancelled".
Select Delete from the action dropdown menu on the Order.
Click Confirm in the confirmation Popup modal:
