Deleting a Customer's Order

Only Orders in Fulfillment Status "Cancelled" can be deleted.

  1. From your Shoprocket dashboard, go to Orders > All

Here you will see a filterable, searchable, paginated list of Orders with the following options available from the action dropdown menu:

  • View
  • Refund - if available.
  • Delete - if the Order is in Fulfillment Status "Cancelled".


  1. Select Delete from the action dropdown menu on the Order.

  2. Click Confirm in the confirmation Popup modal:
