How to add custom email information on a per product basis

The text of the email that is sent to Customers when a Product is ordered can be customised with a few simple steps.

  1. From your Shoprocket dashboard, go to ProductsAll to see the following:

  2. Select the Product from the list.
  3. Click the Other tab from within the Product:


  4. Enter any extra information in the Email Info field, which could include links to an online meeting or what to do next.

    The editor provides sophisticated formatting options including lists, links and adding emojis.
  5. Click Update to save changes.
